Rose Jarboe

Member of Board of Directors   

Co-Founder and Managing Principal, WePartner Capital, LLC, WePartner Management, LLC, and WePartner Managers, LLC

Mrs. Rose Jarboe has over 20 years of experience in accounting, finance and real estate investments. She is the Co-Founder and Managing Principal of WePartner, Norcross, Georgia, a real estate investment and management firm specialized in residential and commercial real estate. She is a citizen of the United States that currently lives in Atlanta, Georgia, with her husband Dr. Jarboe and their three children. 

At WePartner, Mrs. Jarboe oversees all business activities including investment analysis, finance, property management, and construction management. She is responsible for the underwriting and execution of new investment opportunities, as well as, the management of the existing portfolio and third party assets. 

Before founding WePartner, Mrs. Jarboe served nine years as the corporate controller of a $300 million nursing home management company.

Mrs. Jarboe received her accounting degree from Pine Manor College, Boston, Massachusetts in 2000, her Masters in Business Administration from the University of Massachusetts in 2003, and is a Certified Public Accountant

Kelly Zhaoju Shen, PhD

President/ Member of Board of Directors

Kelly Zhaoju Shen has over 11 years of real estate experience. As Managing Principal of WePartner Companies, Kelly focuses on investor relations, fundraising and underwriting new acquisition opportunities.

Prior to her engagement in real estate, Kelly worked as the lab manager in the Department of Gynecology & Obstetrics at Emory University.

She received her PhD in Veterinary Medicine from China Agriculture University in Beijing in 2000.

Kelly is the mother of 2 autistic boys, she hopes that special need families unite and support each other’s physically, emotionally, spiritually and financially.  

Kelly is originally from China and moved to Atlanta in 2002. She lives in Atlanta, Georgia with her husband and four children.

Jing Leng

Member of Board of Directors/ Director of Advisory Board

Jing Leng, female, was born in 1959 at Jiangsu Province in China. In 1976, she graduated as the valedictorian at Zhengjiang High School. In 1978, she was accepted by ZhengJiang Medical College as an under-graduate, working in a small hospital for a few years. In 1986, she was accepted by Anhui Traditional Medical College master degree program. In 1990, she came to the United States of America and practiced acupuncture and herbal medicine. In 1998, she had a daughter who has multiple medical problems including significant growth retardation, slow physical movement, language issues and a variety of dysfunctions. She had to take her daughter to see many doctors who had no conclusions and provided no help with her illnesses. Because of this, the author started to concentrate on reading and researching, hoping to find a cure for her autistic daughter. She used her motherly power to present a whole new perspective, striving to explore new theories and methods in order to change the pathological condition of her daughter’s digestive tract. She incorporated diet therapy to treat neurological diseases especially autism spectrum disorders. To help her daughter change her pervasive developmental disorder and epilepsy which, even with medication, was uncontrolled, she attempted to increase her daughter’s quality of life.

Wenjing Zhao

Wenjing Zhao, Vice President of True love for special need families
Zhao received her BS in business management degree from Nanjing University of Posts and Telecommunications and
dual MS in Acupuncture and Oriental Medicine from New York College of Traditional Chinese Medicine.
She has been engaged in the practice of acupuncture and tuina for 5 years with a focus in autism treatments.

Li Shi

Member of Board of directors

Ms. Shi received her Master Degrees from Mahidol University, Georgia Southern University and Yunnan Nationality University.

She has served as Director of Youth Development since True Love commencement Feb 2018. Ms. Shi and her committee provide local and national volunteer resources ongoing training, coordinate virtual and in-person events, collaborate with extended supporting organizations to serve True Love families. Through a variety of growth and advancement opportunities, volunteers have been empowered to be engaged and contribute to the special need society.

Ms. Shi is also a Project Data Manager at a pharmaceutical company that supports the development of prescription drugs.
